Simple Overnight Oats with Peanut Butter & Berries Recipe

These simple overnight oats recipes have become our new go-to for a quick but healthy snack and/or breakfast. We love that we can change it up whenever we want depending on what we’re craving or what ingredients we have available. We started out with these overnight oats with yogurt and berries and changed it up from there!

My daughter loves peanut butter, a PB&J is her go-to sandwich so I had to come up with something that would appeal to my picky eater and these simple overnight oats with peanut butter and berries did the trick!

Simple Overnight Oats with Peanut Butter & Berries

Simple Overnight Oats with Peanut Butter & Berries

Simple Overnight Oats with Peanut Butter and Berries will become a new favorite breakfast reminiscent of your favorite PB&J sandwiches of childhood.

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 12 hours
Total Time 12 hours 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 Tbsp honey (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Top with berries/fruit of your choice

Instructions

  1. Place the oats in the bottom of a jar or container. Add in the almond milk and mix so all the oats are covered. Add Peanut Butter and mix until combined.
  2. Place top on the jar and set overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. You can store for up to 5 days. When you are prepared to eat it you can warm up the oatmeal or eat cold. Enjoy!

Cook time is setting time in the fridge.

    And, I do something similar to this but for the whole week for the whole family.
    I make them up on Sunday. Grab and go too.

  2. I like making overnight oats but haven’t tried peanut butter in it yet. Very interesting option! I tend to use yogurt and chia/flax to mine.

  6. I love that this is a make ahead breakfast! It looks so good. My kids have peanut allergies, so I wonder if almond butter would substitute well.

  9. I have been meaning to try overnight oats. I have celiac, but I will make with gluten free oats instead of regular oats. Looks like an awesome breakfast option.

  10. So easy and it looks so good. This is perfect for our breakfasts because our air conditioning won’t be fixed till end of week so I can’t really heat up anything much for now.

    It never gets old for me! I can eat these foods in a bunch of different ways and this could very well be one! I pinned this. I really want to try this, because I really like that I can store these up to five days and you can eat it hot or cold! Fruit and fiber – yummy ???? These are really great perks!   22. I have all of these ingredients already. So, I will try to make this tonight. I’ve made overnight oats several times, but never with peanut butter. This would make a very good pre-workout meal.
