There’s a saying that goes like this… “If you think my hands are full, you should see my heart”. When my children were born that saying became my reality. I am blessed to be the mommy of the sweetest little boy and girl TWINS! To say I was shocked, nervous, excited… amongst many other things, was an understatement. I prepared as best I could for them to come into this world, and 8 months later they made their arrival. LOVE, at first sight… that’s what I felt when I saw my little babies for the first time. They had my heart from that moment.
Almost 2 years later, I can’t believe how fast time has gone by. The photos in my locket were taken a week after they were born, they are two of my favorite pictures and now I can keep them close to me. It reminds me of how BLESSED I am, It shows me a love between a mother and her child, that is like no other and It gives me a way to look back in time, to a moment that I’ll cherish forever. Memories I keep, in My Photo Locket

My Babies and ME
On the front of my photo locket, I found this print, which is actually supposed to be a mother and her two boys, but I thought it to be fitting for a mother of twins as well. While I carried my twins in the womb, their names were Twin A and Twin B. My husband and I thought It would be neat for their (real) first names to start with A and their middle names to start with B. Someone told me once, you find out how many people you dislike when you go to name your children (HA!) and trying to come up with TWO, actually FOUR names, was no easy task. We finally decided on Anderson Beau and Alexis Baylor. The E, of course, comes from our last name. I thought, going with the theme of my necklace, having their initials monogrammed on the back was very fitting.
