Peanut Butter Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp sugar (I don't like my desserts too sweet, you can add another Tsbp)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 heaping Tbsp Reese spread

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together the dry ingredients and the Reese's spread. Then add the milk and oil, whisk again until it's smooth. Pour the batter in a microwave safe mug. I believe mine was a 10 ounce.
  2. The batter with rise and then deflate quickly.
  3. Also keep in mind that the wattage in eachmicrowave is different. I cooked it for 75 seconds. I believe 70 second would have worked just fine.
  4. Remove carefully, and while still hot add a Tbsp of Reese's spread on top for that extra yumminess!
