Overnight Oats with Yogurt and Berries pack tons of flavour and protein into your breakfast (or snack) with only a few minutes preparation the night before! Make these today.
When I’m at my best with healthy eating is when I plan my meals and with easy but oh so tasty breakfast ideas such as these overnight oats with yogurt and berries I really have no excuse. These overnight oats with yogurt also make for a delicious snack and you can just add whatever healthy but yummy toppings you want. Add in some chia seeds (or hemp seeds) with your rolled oats and you’re really packing a nutritional punch with some great antioxidants. Don’t worry it’s much yummier than it sounds. I love yogurt and berries so this is a perfect combination for me and my family. Add your favourite flavoured yogurt but try to select one that is lower in sugar. I love a good coconut yogurt or I will use plain yogurt and add some toasted coconut. Along with the berries it’s practically a tropical treat but healthy. Now let’s get to this recipe shall we?
