Mango Salsa Recipe with Strawberry and Mint
This Mango Salsa Recipe combines fresh mint and strawberries to create a delightful topping for any burger, fish, or chicken recipe to bring tons of flavour with few calories. We paired it with our Asian Fusion Chicken Burger, it was so delicious that we thought it deserved to have its own recipe post! This tasty fruit salsa would pair with oh so many savoury dishes, poultry, vegetarian, tortilla chips and oh so much more. We love the how the mint is a perfect complement to the sweetness of the strawberries and mangos and tartness of the lime. We do highly recommend trying it with our Asian Fusion Chicken Burger of course but it will go with almost any chicken dish in our opinion.
Let’s get right to this strawberry mango salsa with mint shall we?!

Super easy right? It really doesn’t get any easier than that so why not make yourself some fresh fruit salsa. This strawberry mango salsa with mint is so refreshing and such a tasty topper for so many dishes. You’ll have fun figuring out which ones to try it with. I love it even with just tortilla chips, sometimes I add a bit of spice when just having salsa and chips. You can blend it, if you prefer it that way with chips, still tasty.
It is heavenly with our Asian Fusion Chicken burger so make sure to try it with that. I also think it would be quite tasty with our Grilled Harissa Chicken Recipe to tone down the spiciness a bit.
