Magical Butter can make a variety of infused products. Anywhere from soap, lotion, oils, grain alcohol, and of course, butter. The benefits of botanicals, herbs, and essential oils seem to be growing. There are several reasons to use these ingredients everyday. But it has always been a pain to extract the goodness that is held within the herbs, oils, and botanicals. Preparing an herb infused butter is a lot more difficult than it sounds. The process involves a lot of steps, time, and it can also be very messy. The Magical Butter countertop appliance takes the mess and guess work out of extracting botanicals.
To test Magical Butter, my oldest son and I made a garlic and rosemary infused butter. The directions state to place the herbs into the oven for 30 minutes prior to placing them into the Magical Butter appliance. We used 3 bulbs of fresh garlic and about 5 sprigs of fresh rosemary. The botanicals were placed on a baking sheet, covered with foil, and baked at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
Once the botanicals cooled completely we put 2 cups of room temperature butter (unsalted) into the Magical Butter machine along with the garlic, rosemary, and two tablespoons of lecithin.
We placed the lid back onto Magical Butter and plugged in the appliance. Following the directions in the manual, we set the temperature at 160 degrees and pushed the butter button (2 hour cycle) and let the machine do its magic. Throughout the two hours there was a light show that took place, as well as some mixing.
Once Magical Butter was done running its cycle the machine beeped. We unplugged the appliance and removed the lid. Inside was the finished product; infused garlic and rosemary butter. It smelled wonderful.
Using the love glove that was included with the Magical Butter machine coupled with the nylon strainer, we were able to easily separate the chunks of rosemary and garlic from the butter itself. This left only the infused butter behind. To store our finished product, we used a few sanitized canning jars.
Here is the finished product.
Once the garlic and rosemary infused butter had a chance to cool, we were ready to give it a taste test. It came out full of flavor.
My Thoughts about the Magical Butter Machine
First, I think this machine can make just about anything. The possibilities are endless with Magical Butter. Second, it cuts down on the mess. Especially with the cleaning mode that makes it very easy to clean the machine. And third, Magical Butter’s end results are great. This machine makes it possible to create items that we can use everyday. These products also make homemade gifts that anyone would be happy to receive.

I’ve never heard of something like this before, but I can certainly see the need for it. I’ve wanted to make my own soaps for a long time….maybe that time is soon.
Seems interesting.
