How to make your mom feel special

Breakfast in bed-

I know that sounds cliché but that’s a great way to kick off the day. Whip up her favorite breakfast. Make her some oatmeal, pancakes, waffles or whatever it may be and serve her in bed. Be sure you do it early, as you know moms get up early.

Make a card (or buy one)-

Moms always love cards, and it really is ok if you can’t make it, bought is ok. Just write something from the heart inside.

Facetime or video chat-

If you can’t be with her in person, don’t just text. If you are able to, try and video chat.

Spend time together-

Take mom out to lunch, or a picnic, movie, or just simply sit and play games at home. It really doesn’t matter what you do together as long as you are together.

  1. My nieces birthday is September 25 and she had her daughter on September 24th. For Zayda's first birthday I found 2 necklaces that had moonstones in them. My niece treasurers that necklace and wears it all the time. She cannot wait till Zayda starts wearing hers.
