I will def. try this, and then will also try switching it up by adding pecans and dried cherries the next time, making it a different meal!! Thanks for this!

  16. Although I'd love to try it, I can guarantee that my son and grandchildren would never eat this salad I'll have to wait until a small bridge lunch.

  17. I would try both the recipes on this page, the fennel salad and the hawaiian bbq chicken. They would probably go together pretty well actually. I imagine trying to cut the fennel without a mandolin is almost impossible for this recipe.

  18. I think this would be very good for a summer salad. I havent much tried fennel in very many things so i would be a whole new taste for me. I also like the colors of this.

  19. I would like to try this recipe since I like grapefruit. I have never had fresh fennel only dried fennel seeds in pasta sauces so this would be interesting and new.

  20. I'm ready for some new salad ideas that don't use lettuce. Seems like every year there is some kind of lettuce recall, so it's almost like you have to keep it for awhile before using it to be sure it isn't contaminated...and that's just crazy. This looks like a nice light and cool replacement for a lettuce based salad.

  21. This is definitely a salad flavor combination that I haven't tried before! It sounds delicious though and perfect for summertime. 🙂 Thank you so much for sharing the recipe!
