  1. for me it’s the opposite right now I can’t eat too many veggies beingon Coumadin but I am trying to win this for my husband and daughter

  2. I don’t eat red meat or pork, just lots of chicken and fish. I eat unlimited fruits and veggies, and moderate amounts of non-fat dairy.

  3. I eat whole grain products and fruits and veggies. When I do eat something unhealthy I try to “sneak in” fruits or veggies into it or eat them on the side.

  4. I currently try to eat fresh fruits & vegetables daily. I’ve also just switched from my sickening sweet iced tea to cucumber/lemon water.

  5. I am buying organic an growing organic vegetables and eating a lot of them! I am cutting out the processed foods also and walking everyday!
