We were lucky enough to receive the products pictured below and this is one of the first times where there was something for everyone! A t-shirt for mom and one for dad and our daughter received the nail polish although I will admit I painted my nails too. Who can resist the fun of trying out items that can change color, apparently I can’t resist!

The t-shirts are both very comfortable with a nice stretch to them and very good quality material, I was very happy overall with both t-shirts. I selected a large for myself which gives me lots of room, I could easily wear the medium as I’m an 8/10 so that gives you an idea on the sizing. I just like the extra room and my t-shirt has been washed a few times, it did not shrink at all and it washes very well.

Here I am wearing it on the first sunny day that we had :). It’s a little wrinkled I know but the wrinkles smooth out easily with the soft material. In this picture the colors are just starting to come out on the t-shirt. It gets a lot more colorful but sadly until just this weekend we haven’t had enough sun for me to get a picture of my t-shirt in full bloom.

Hubby likes his t-shirt too and if he likes it anyone will as he’s picky when it comes to his shirts. He works outside all day and 90% of the time has to wear t-shirts so if they’re not comfortable, durable and breathable he won’t wear it. They met all his criteria and he likes the design of this one too. He says he forgets sometimes that it changes colors and then he’ll be working outside and one of his workers asks did your shirt just change color or am I blind lol. It really threw people off the first few times until he told them that it was a Del Sol color changing t-shirt. I think it looks good on him too 🙂

To say my daughter loves nail polish would be an understatement so you can imagine her delight and surprise when I presented her with the Del Sol Color changing nail polish. She was over the moon and she and her friends all think it’s the coolest thing since slice bread well they would if they knew that expression lol. She wears it almost every day and loves to show it off at school. Even though she now has 3 bottles of different colors of the Del Sol nail polish she’s already talking about the other colors she wants. As I tell her she technically has 6 colors since yes you got it they change colors. I think these would be great presents for teens and tweens as gifts and in gift bags they are all bound to love them, heck I’m sure those well past our teens will love them too I know I do!

Here you can see the before and after for the Calypso nail polish goes from a bright pink/coral to a nice purple.

The Del Sol products are a hit in Powered by Mom Blog’s home and with all my daughter’s tween friends. They are fun and well made products that are reasonable priced so we give them a big 6 thumbs up, 2 thumbs up from each member in this family :).
