Dark, White or Milk Chocolate?
You can use whatever chocolate is your favourite. I personally like dark chocolate but my daughter loves milk chocolate. Sometimes do a bit of a mix so that it’s not as sweet as milk chocolate but sweeter than dark chocolate so that we can all enjoy the same batch.

- You will be freezing the bonbons at two different stages make sure to have your parchment paper ready to put on the tray that will go in the freezer or if it’s easier for you have two trays ready one for each stage.
