- King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- Chicken breasts (shredded)

What cut of chicken is used for Buffalo Chicken Sliders?
I used chicken breasts and cooked and shredded them. You can use thighs but keep in mind thighs have a higher fat content and different texture. You can use up leftover cooked chicken as long as it's boneless, a rotisserie chicken is also great and feel free to use a combo of the light and dark meat from the rotisserie chicken.
Can I make this recipe spicier?
You bet you can. If you'd like it spicier try adding some chopped habanero peppers or just their seeds. You could also add chili flakes or really chop up any hot pepper.
Why Hawaiian Rolls?
These rolls are always so soft and have that sweetness to that that complement sweet or savoury dishes, plus they taste yummy. They get a bit crispy on top when baked for this recipe which just adds to the yumminess.

This Buffalo Chicken Sliders Recipe with the tangy and spicy buffalo chicken, melted cheese and creamy ranch dressing make it perfect for any gathering whether it's for dinner, a get-together or even as a snack. It's also a lot less messy to eat then your favourite buffalo wings.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 bag of King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- 3 cups cooked chicken breasts (shredded)*
- 3 cups cooked chicken breasts (shredded)*
- Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- Ranch Dressing

- 1 cup of Crumbled Cooked Bacon

- ¼ a cup of Melted Butter

Instructions
- Slice your rolls down the center, separating the tops from the bottoms.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on the bottom half of your rolls, as shown in the video and/or the photo just before this recipe card.
- Next add a layer of shredded chicken.
- Drizzle your chicken with ranch and buffalo sauce.
- Top with bacon, green onion, and fried onions.
- Place the tops of the rolls over the chicken filling
- In a bowl mix your melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture onto the top of your rolls.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until your rolls are browned.
- Slice up and serve. Enjoy!
