I love these letters that go into a unit and sing.. its for the fridge. Leap Pad or Leap Frog or something? it was a gift from my aunt for my son. He learned ALL his letters at 2. yay!

My favorite is the hands on standards from learning resources.
I think any toy can be an educational toy. Children need to learn a variety of skills and often toys that encourage roll playing or develop imagination are very important.

From Learning Resources my favorite learning tool is their hands on standards. I use flash cards to work with my 5 yr old G'son. I've done this since he was 9 months. He now reads on his own & is a wiz at math. This is a fabulous give away!! thanks guys!!

I honestly just love reading books as a learning toy, but other than that, the Fisher Price Laugh & Learn Apptivity Monkey is amazing & really just COOL!
